It seems as if we are not truly out of Family Court. Although, Mariela indicated that we were, they are now requiring that they have our DNA results before releasing our dossier. Those results are being translated now and will be delivered to Family Court as soon as possible. This still doesn't really affect our timeline. We're still doing ok.

Hi. I have sorta been following your process through Paige and this blog. I am one of Paige's internet buddies. I also adopted Internationally, and we celebrated 2 years on the 16th. We adopted older boys, two of them, and now thinking about starting a new venture to adopt a baby domestically. So I am right here cheering you on with your family and friends. I too am praying that you get your little girl home quickly.

Amanda, My boys are from Ukriane. I had a horror story of an adoption, but not till I got there. It took 9 months to get there, then we were stuck there for 9 and a half weeks.

oh amanda, why didn't you think of the pony atop the head when you were with Gabi? It solves the unruly hair thing that we aren't mentioning. If my hair were a tad longer, I'd take advantage of it myself.
