Thank you so much everyone for your thoughts and prayers! I know how much you are all pulling for us and I hate to disappoint you by being so negative. On the other hand, it isn't very honest to act as if this process isn't taking a brutal toll.
But thank you. It was wonderful to wake up this morning and see those 4 loving, supportive comments. Mo-- I hope you know how much I appreciate your generous, loving heart. I feel that way about all of you. You are all such blessings to us. And I just checked the blog again to discover an additional 20 comments were added. Imagine my surprise! Thank you Aunt Sue for your behind the scenes efforts to lift our troubled spirits. You are one of a kind. We love you! Thank you Mrs. Sammons' class for your kind words. We can't wait for Gabi to meet all of you too. Have a wonderful Christmas and Happy New Year!

Hey,
I wish you could have heard all the wonderful comments about your Gabi, and you and Ed. I am not for sure they read much but they looked at pictures and went on and on about how cute she was. They all wanted me to come look at the picture they were looking at so they could comment about it while I was standing there. Ha! They belly laughed at the pic with her legs up in the air. She is gonna get you someday for catching her in all those adorable poses. We still have one more class to post on Monday so expect some more loving comments. They are working on projects and we ran out of time in the computer lab.
On a different note, good for you for blowing off some steam.None of us are perfect so don't feel bad about being normal and human.I have given God some pretty good tongue lashings in the last few months and it does seem to help relieve some of the pain for a while. I always find a little peace after I have thrown a fit or two. What better sounding board than one who loves you unconditionally and won't get mad back. Remember, God knows what is in your heart so don't worry about expressing your frustration. It is good for you.I am sending a prayer I hope it is helpful. Love ya!
Hope this prayer will ease your heart some. It has helped me. A Prayer for the Gift of Patience
Sometimes, Jesus, things just get all bottled up inside and I feel like I have to let off steam. Depression, frustration and anxiety seem to boil inside until I lose my temper, shout at the people I love, and say things I don't really mean. Help me, Jesus, to be humble and patient; teach me to be more tolerant and gentle. And, Lord, when things get to be too much, grant me the wisdom to admit to myself that I'm on edge and help me to find a good and positive way to vent the energy inside myself. Teach me in these times to look for that special act of love to do for others. In Jesus name I pray. Amen
Okay, your little girl is the cutest little thing in the world!! I LOVE, LOVE her hair!! I am praying that you get out of PGN soon. We are on a crazy journey to bring home our little Eliana (and maybe Xiomara). Even though it is so hard...it is so worth it.
Blessings,
Lindsey Wheeler
