What do you know? CA actually released the forms for registration. It is 4 pages long. And it requires a picture of the child and a full handprint and footprint. I have a feeling that our attorney will be BUSY over the weekend. I can't wait to hear that our paperwork has been submitted for approval, we've been approved and our file has been dropped off at PGN.
Please kick your prayers into overdrive. We need to get this child home before her 1st birthday. Our only hope at this point is that PGN really does prioritize in-process cases. Please, please, please let us get in and OUTTTTT!
