No real adoption news. We're still on #2's desk as of yesterday morning. Keep praying.
Edward was offered a job and is trying to decide what he wants to do. I am not going to tell where it is or who it is with because I know how that goes. He has another set of interviews tomorrow and Friday. He is very interested in this company as well. He hopes to have the opportunity to choose between these two companies. But there are no guarantees that the other company will be a good fit. The current offer is a good one and would be a very rewarding and challenging experience for him. We'll keep you posted on the outcome. We hope to have some direction by Christmas. It would be a huge relief to have a plan for SOMETHING by Christmas. Just thinking about having that weight off of our shoulders is spine-tingling for me. Please pray that we end up exactly where God wants us to be.

It is nice to have one in the bag, at least---you guys are having a couple big weeks!
I'm confident that you'll make the right decision for all of you. You know we'll support you in that. However, I feel the need to remind you that the further away you are, the longer our visits will be.
